Fossil mammal teeth and bone of an oreodont (an extinct sheep-sized mammal that looked like a combination of pig, sheep and camel), from the Oligocene Brule Member of the White River Formation, Shalimar Ranch, Sioux County, Nebraska. They are named after their distinctive teeth.

All fossils of vertebrate animals are obtained from sources who have assured Taos Rockers that those fossils were removed from privately owned lands.

Miniature fossil: About 2.0" x 1.7" x 0.4" (50mm x 43mm x 11mm)
