HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

We take great care to ensure that your purchase reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Monday, Thursday, Saturday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks.

Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following day (Monday) as USPS is closed on Sunday.

Orders placed on (Tuesday and Wednesday) will be shipped on Thursday.

**All subject to change with holiday schedules.**

After processing, your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
This means your package should arrive in 3-5 days once shipped.

Prices and shipping times vary for crated shipments.

If your delicate specimen is over 10lbs we will refer you to our local Crating company for safer freight shipping! **At customer's expense.**

Need to cancel? You must contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order for us to be able to cancel your unfulfilled order. We work fast to fulfill orders and do our best to get orders shipped asap. Once an order is marked as fulfilled we are not able to cancel the transaction.
