Aquamarine is a variety of Beryl. It crystallizes prismatically, is sometimes vertically striated and, occasionally, terminated with small pyramidal faces. The color ranges from light blue to green. This mineral was first reported in 1747 by J.G. Wallerius and was named for its sea-like color.

Schorl AKA Black Tourmaline is one of the most ideal stones for purification and protection. It provides a spiritual grounding, anxiety relief, physical purification and banishes negative attachments.
Tourmaline is a complex aluminum borosilicate with a hardness of 7 - 7.5. Its crystal pattern is hexagonal (trigonal) with prismatic crystals and striations running parallel to the main axis.
