These naturally formed stones are concretions of iron oxide and sandstone formed underground as water flowed through the Navajo Sandstone. Also knowns as Moqui marbles, Shaman stones, Navajo cherries, Hopi berries, and Estrada berries.

About 1.5" x 1.2" (35mm - 40mm  x 25mm to 33mm high.3cm high).
